Functional health and wellness became a deep passion of mine back in 2015, when I started uncovering just how many misconceptions are marketed to families—especially parents and kids. As the oldest of five, I witnessed a wide range of health concerns growing up and always felt there had to be more to healing than just a prescription.

My husband and I first connected with One Family shortly after getting married. We were both navigating lingering discomfort and burnout—mine from a high-stress job and planning a wedding—and our bodies were in desperate need of support. That’s when everything changed.

After experiencing such a dramatic shift in my own health, I knew I wanted to pursue a path that combined my skills with my passion for helping others find true, lasting wellness.

Now, I feel incredibly grateful to be working in a space that’s focused on the root cause, the nervous system, and whole-body health—alongside the most amazing, like-minded women! I’ll be continuing my education in 2025 with a focus on women’s health, so I can be even more equipped to serve in a space that often goes unseen and unheard.

When I’m not at the office, you can usually find me volunteering at church, baking something sweet, getting lost in a good book, or spending time with my husband.
