FAQ

Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network with all insurance providers, and we want to be upfront about that from the start. We provide a superbill so you can submit directly to your insurance for potential reimbursement, and we gladly accept HSA and FSA payments.

Insurance is built around sick care. It reimburses treatment after something has already gone wrong. Our focus is nervous system health and function, which most plans simply were not designed to cover. Being out-of-network also means your care plan is shaped entirely by what your family actually needs, not by what an insurance company is willing to approve. That freedom matters to us, and we think it will matter to you too.

What techniques do your doctors use?

Our doctors use a variety of approaches including Thompson, MC2, KST, and diversified chiropractic, always chosen based on what each individual nervous system needs, never a one-size-fits-all protocol. All three of our doctors are Webster Certified and hold a Certificate of Proficiency in Family Care through The Pediatric Experience.

One of our core values is Always a Student. We are constantly growing professionally, and honestly, our families teach us just as much as any training room ever has.

How can a chiropractor help my child with sensory issues?

Most providers work around the edges of sensory struggles, managing symptoms as they appear. We go straight to the center of it with you.

It starts with your child’s full story, birth history, developmental patterns, what is working and what is not, so we understand what is actually driving the dysregulation, not just what it looks like from the outside. From there, our INSiGHT Scans give us an objective picture of how the nervous system is functioning, and our doctors use gentle, specific adjustments to support clearer communication between the brain and body.

One of our teen clients who experienced this himself said it better than we ever could:

“I could feel my body slow down. Years of stress melted away. I could feel calm. It was such a foreign feeling. I had never felt a feeling like that before. I felt at home in my body for the first time in my life.”

Why should I see a chiropractor during pregnancy?

Research supports what we see in practice every day. Prenatal chiropractic care can contribute to a more comfortable pregnancy and a more straightforward labor, with less stress on both mom and baby. Gentle, nervous-system-centered adjustments support balance and alignment in the pelvis, help your body adapt as your baby grows, and can support optimal function in the reproductive system throughout pregnancy.

All three of our doctors are certified in the Webster Technique and have a deep love for prenatal care. Pregnancy is one of the most extraordinary things the nervous system ever does, and it deserves support.

How soon can I bring my newborn in?

Whenever you are ready, we would love to meet your little one. Your baby’s first visit includes a thorough conversation covering pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period, along with non-invasive INSiGHT Scans to assess nervous system function. The birth process, even a smooth one, places real physical demands on a newborn’s nervous system. Getting checked early gives you a clear picture of how things are settling in.

All three of our doctors have extensive pediatric training through The Pediatric Experience and genuinely love working with the tiniest members of our community.

When should I come in postpartum?

Whenever feels right for you. We have welcomed postpartum mamas anywhere from three days to three weeks after birth and everywhere in between. Your nervous system has been through something extraordinary, and there is no timeline you need to meet. We are here whenever you are ready, and we will meet you exactly where you are.
