Go to an appointment and forget to ASK an important question
You got a EVERY answer correct, but ONE on the exam
Come on, it was more thing.
I had it on my darn list.
NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK.
This past Saturday, I was sitting and watching a Bollywood movie with my mom
Bollywood movies are musicals; there is a song every 10 minutes!
SO we are singing and my mom says the WRONG WORD
I call her out because she takes a lot of PRIDE in knowing EVERY SINGLE word
We REPLAY that specific part 3 times
And yes she got it wrong!
And the QUESTION, I HAVE FOR YOU is…
How SATISFYING is it to get EVERY thing right?
The sense of ACCOMPLISHMENT you get when you get that 100%?
When you are “known” to be forgetful, but have been getting EVERYTHING RIGHT!
Our culture is GUILTY of doing everything in regards to BUILDING health YET miss the most important thing.
Even if you are doing all 99 health oriented activities such as nutrition, exercise, therapy, meditation, etc.
THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE IS THE BRAIN 🧠
